Baseball Trading Cards of Meeting Attendees
The event planner created a card that resembled baseball trading cards with each employees photo on the front and information about them on the back of the card for over 1,000 employees. People were encouraged to collect as many cards as they could with signatures of the person whose card it was. The most cards collected and signed received a big prize at the event. It helped people get to know each other better and was lots of fun.

Great idea! What about leaving some of the stats blank, and encouraging people to write networking related needs on each card they pick up...

Instead of just giving prizes for collecting the most cards, give bonuses for trading cards to someone who should meet the person on the card.
